We are highly experienced technical consultants with progressive experience on complex IT projects with the following responsibilities

• Design, Lead developers to code from inception to implementation
• Develop, communicate, enforce overall architecture of the project
• Coordinate tasks with internal and external/vendor technical resources
• Collaborate with project managers and technical managers to provide estimates and develop overall implementation solution plan
• Oversee technical aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements, analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within the solution area
• Define application subsystems and major components
• Design and personally code core components of the most complex utilities, adapters, or services
• Accountable for shepherding the design solution all the way through coding, testing and into production, including resolution of post production issues
• Provide oversight of the architecture and design for the project solution where needed, with periodic reviews to ensure design principles are properly adopted and integrated by the development team.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight of work of less experienced Developers
• Facilitate project handoffs including preparing documentation, educate and support to ensure smooth transitions
• Extensive knowledge of integration files formats and canonical structures, transmission protocols and transformation technologies
• Hands on Experience with Health Care Industry standard transactions HIPAA 5010, 270, 276, 278, 837 and HL7 ADT, CCD.
